Description
Orbit Coasters is a set of hand-finished travertine coasters with a matching holder, designed by AORI Copenhagen. Withstands warm cups and condensation – simply wipe dry. Each set is unique, with natural pores and tones – part of the character of the stone, never a flaw.
There is something almost ritual about lifting a coaster from its holder — the cool weight of stone in your hand, the soft sound as it meets the tabletop. Orbit Coasters are carved from solid travertine, where millions of years of geological history rest just beneath the surface in fine pores and warm, honey-toned hues.
Five round coasters gather in an open holder that stands like a small piece of sculpture when not in use. Together they tell a quiet story of nature’s own sense of form — pure, round, imperturbable.

Care
Wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry off afterwards. Avoid acidic products — citrus, wine and vinegar can etch the surface of natural stone.
Travertine is a natural limestone formed over thousands of years, as mineral-rich spring water deposits calcium layer by layer. The small pores and colour variations are a natural part of the material — no two pieces are identical. The stone develops a beautiful patina over time.
Avoid prolonged moisture and do not use abrasive sponges or harsh chemicals.
