What information do we collect?
When you shop with us, we collect your name, address, email and phone number — solely to deliver your order and meet bookkeeping requirements. Payment details are processed by our payment provider (OnPay) and are never stored with us.
Cookies
We only use strictly necessary cookies that make the shop work (cart and language selection). We use no statistics or marketing cookies. You can delete cookies in your browser at any time.
How long do we keep your data?
Order information is kept for 5 years to comply with the Danish Bookkeeping Act. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and delete your information. Contact us at hello@aori.dk. You may complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency if you believe we process your data incorrectly.
