AORI Copenhagen ApS is the data controller for the information we collect about you, and we process it in accordance with the GDPR.
What information do we collect?
When you shop with us, we collect your name, address, email and phone number — solely to deliver your order and meet bookkeeping requirements. Payment details are processed by our payment provider (OnPay) and are never stored with us.
If you sign up to be notified about a product, we only store your email and which product you signed up for. If you write to us via the contact form, we receive your name, email, subject and message.
Who do we share your information with?
We never sell your information. To deliver your order, we only share what is necessary with:
- Shipmondo ApS — our shipping system, which we use to create shipping labels. Shipmondo processes your name, address, email and phone number on our behalf as a data processor.
- The carrier (dao, GLS or PostNord) — receives your name, address, email and phone number so the parcel can be delivered and you can be notified about the delivery.
- OnPay — processes your payment.
- Simply.com — our web host, where the website and our email are hosted. Simply.com stores the information on our behalf as a data processor.
Cookies
We only use strictly necessary cookies that make the shop work (cart and language selection). We use no statistics or marketing cookies. You can delete cookies in your browser at any time.
How long do we keep your data?
Order information is kept for 5 years to comply with the Danish Bookkeeping Act. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Product notification sign-ups are kept until we have sent you the notification — after that, we delete them. Messages sent via the contact form are kept for as long as necessary to answer them.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and delete your information. Contact us at hello@aori.dk. You may complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency if you believe we process your data incorrectly.
