All orders ship with tracked delivery.

You will receive a track & trace number by email when your order ships. Please note our products are solid stone — parcels have some weight, and we pack them with extra care.
Returns
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt.
- Use our form Withdraw from contract here — or write to hello@aori.dk with your order number
- Pack the item securely — preferably in the original packaging
- Send it to the address we provide in our reply
We will reimburse all payments received from you — including the original delivery cost — to your original payment method no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the item back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent it back. Return shipping is paid by you.
You may examine the item as you would in a physical shop — any documented diminished value beyond this may be deducted from the refund. You will find the model withdrawal form under Terms & Conditions.
Christmas returns
Purchases made between 1 November and 24 December 2026 can be returned until 10 January 2027. Read more under Terms & Conditions.
Damaged items
Should your item arrive damaged, contact us as soon as possible — ideally within 48 hours, though this is not a condition for your warranty rights — with photos of the item and packaging. We will then assess the matter and arrange a replacement, refund, or other solution in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Your 24-month warranty applies regardless.
