You will receive a track & trace number by email when your order ships. Please note our products are solid stone — parcels have some weight, and we pack them with extra care.
Returns
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt.
- Write to hello@aori.dk with your order number
- Pack the item securely — preferably in the original packaging
- Send it to the address we provide in our reply
We refund to your original payment method no later than 14 days after receiving the return. Return shipping is paid by the buyer.
You may examine the item as you would in a physical shop — use beyond this may be deducted as diminished value. You will find the model withdrawal form under Terms & Conditions.
Damaged items
Should your item arrive damaged, contact us as soon as possible — ideally within 48 hours — with photos of the item and packaging, and we will send a replacement or refund you immediately. Your 24-month warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act applies regardless.
