Conclusion of the agreement<\/h2>\n

When you complete an order, we send an order confirmation by email \u2014 at that point the purchase agreement is concluded. The amount is reserved when you order and only charged when your order ships. We reserve the right to cancel in case of obvious pricing errors, or if an item in rare cases proves to be out of stock or damaged at packing \u2014 should this happen, we will contact you as soon as possible and any reserved amount is released.<\/p>\n

Prices and payment<\/h2>\n

All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include 25% Danish VAT. We accept credit cards, MobilePay and Apple Pay.<\/p>\n

Delivery<\/h2>\n

We deliver within Denmark. Shipping costs DKK 69 \u2014 and is free on orders above DKK 1,000. Expected delivery time is 2-5 working days. See more under Shipping & Returns<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your item. To withdraw, give us unambiguous notice at hello@aori.dk no later than 14 days after receipt \u2014 you may use the model withdrawal form below, though it is not mandatory. Then return the item without undue delay. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. You may examine the item as you would in a physical shop; if it has been used or handled beyond this, we may deduct any diminished value from the refund.<\/p>\n

Warranty<\/h2>\n

Under the Danish Sale of Goods Act you have a 24-month warranty. Natural variations in stone \u2014 colour, veining and pores \u2014 are part of the material\u2019s character and are not considered defects.<\/p>\n

Complaints<\/h2>\n

If you wish to complain about a purchase, contact us at hello@aori.dk. If we cannot find a solution, you may file a complaint with the Danish Dispute Resolution Institute \u2014 www.naevneneshus.dk.<\/p>\n

Imagery<\/h2>\n

All products are depicted from the physical objects. Some environment imagery in the shop is digitally visualised. Natural stone varies in pores, veining and tones \u2014 the delivered product may therefore differ in pattern and shade from the images without this constituting a defect.<\/p>\n
